Single Enzymes
Thermostable Phytase

The necessity of using thermostable phytase

Phytase, as feed additive, the feeding effect has widelyrecognised and accepted throughout the world. It can make the utilization ofphosphorus in feed increased by 50% and make the phosphorus in the fecesexcretion reduced by more than 40%. It can also reduce the anti-nutrition effectof phytate. Thus, it is important to add phytase in feed to improve productivityand reduce environmental pollution. With the development of genetic engineeringtechnology, the problem of low fermentation capacity was settled. As a forageenzyme, in addition to the request of high catalytic activity, betterthermostableability of tolerating hightemperature and high humidity is necessary. As you know, the temperature during pelleting process could reach 75℃~85 or even higher.

Thermostable phytase

Thermostable Phytase, derived from the thermostable microorganisms, by molecular breeding improvement, has a thermostable propertyof natural naked enzyme. Without coating, this enzyme can withstand high temperature more than 85 and high pressure, meeting strict conditions of feed processing, release rapidly and perform effectively in animal gastrointestinal tract.

Note

1)     Dosages of concentrated feed and premix should follow the corresponding proportion, and add 3%5% safety factor.

2)     Dosage should followthe pelletizing condition and replacement amount of CaHPO3 and Ca(H2PO3)2

3)     Replace Calcium hydrogen phosphate or calcium dihydrogen phosphate by filling stone powderand zeolite powder to avoid excessive calcium.
