  Product forms

  1. Absorbtion phytase: Using corn cobs adsorption, two-step air dry, rapid dehydration with low loss of enzyme activity. Advantage of this phytase is: low moisture content、good fluidity、miscible、low production cost、better effect、economic and practical.

  2. Granul phytase: Granul phytase is a great breakthrough. It avoid powder and static when being used. Meantime, it has better epigranular、better fluidity and higher enzyme activity which could ensure it’s uniform distribution and using effect in multienzymes.

  3. Coating phytase: coating phytase is based on granul phytase. Coat a strong and soluble thin film around granul which makes phytase separated from envirement. Thus protect phytase from mineral in the feed. Coating phytase is higher stability and thermostability with wider usage rang.

  4. Liquide phytase: Liquide is to enhance use effective in granul and expended feed. In pelletize and expend processing, high temperature/pressure and moisture content effect on enzyme activity. Application of after spraying on feed could avoid this. There’s no drying process in liquide enzyme production, this makes lower production costs.

  Enzyme characteristics

  1. Natural gene, safe yeast expresstion Pichia pastoris phytase is a higher activity enzyme, no harm to human or livestock. Special fermentation flavour could increase animal feed intake.

  2. Widly rang of pH value adapation. There are two peaks of phytase activity at pH 1.8 and pH 5.0 which ensured there are two degrade activity locus in stomach and small intestine. Anti-nutrition “phytic acid” could maximum hydrolysed which increased utilization of “P” in feed.

  Phytase for swine, the best enzyme activity is at pH 4.5, could play the role of degrade phytic acid in swine intestine.

  3. Advanced fermatation processing and equipment. Phytase produced through the liquid deep fermentation technology in stainless steel fermentation equipment.   Phytase degrade phytate phosphorus in raw material of vegetal feed which could improve 30%~50% utilization of phosphorus. This is a help to reduce organophosphorus dosage, or even it could be totally replaced. Total phosphorus in feed could reduce 0.1%-0.2%, equal to reduce CaHPO3 6~12Kg/ Tone feed. Excreta “P” content reduced 30%-50%. Save feed cost and reduce environment pollution.
